I founded B6 Global Network because talent is everywhere and opportunity is not. We built a structure that develops the player, educates the coach, tells the story and opens the door, all under one network.

Founder, B6 Global Network
Baker founded B6 Global Network on a simple conviction: talent is everywhere and opportunity is not. His leadership joins player development, coach education, representation and media into one structure, so a young player from any community can reach a professional stage without leaving their identity behind.
He sets the international standard the network coaches to, guiding the B6 Training Formula, the academy pathway and the organization's expansion across new markets and partnerships.

A midfielder who joined the academy at fifteen progressed through the youth pathway, earned an overseas trial through agency partners and signed a first professional contract three seasons later. The same player now returns each off season to coach the group he came from.
